5Its the best I have found on Bluetooth quality  Feb 10, 2010
Look i have the S805 DJ Motorola headphones which are really nice, the problem was when i use them with the cellphones the volume was really low, quality medium (by the way Sony W350) so I purchase the adapter for ipod, (motorola D650) which increase the volume alot, but the quality was terrible, well the basses were really bad, so I decide to purchase this (SRS - 200BD WOW) and this one really satify my needs it was really close the wire conection so recommend you this adapter for your IPOD by the way it detects the headphones much bettter than the motorola. so its a good deal.

5NICE  Sep 03, 2009
I thought all I need was this transmitter for wireless iPod music listening capability, but I was bummed out when I found out that I needed the "Insignia NS-BT300F Bluetooth iPod Speaker Adapter" and pair it with the iPod.

The product comes with the transmitter, 2 cases for the Nano and some other iPod.

Pairing the Bluetooth took a while but finally got it, and is working fine.

You have the choice of using the SRS which is basically better sound quality, and you can press it once and you will hear a significant improvement in the sound quality, and press it one more time and the sound quality is amazing. This product in general is amazing, and I recommend it

4Works well. Not made specifically for iPhone.  Jun 16, 2009
The listing for this product says that it is for iPhone, which is why I chose this product over the smaller Sony that would probably have fit better while using my iPhone case. This one is too wide on one side, as shown in the picture, to fit while using a protective cover or skin on your iphone.

When plugging this device in, it warns you that it is not made for iPhone (probably just like the Sony). Oh well. It works with my bluetooth headset and pairing was easy.

5Finally, BT Stereo for my IPhone!  Mar 20, 2009
Works as advertised. Basically plug and play. Lightweight, excellent quality. Finally, a Bluetooth stereo capability for my IPhone!

4Works well, missing a feature  Mar 05, 2009
This product works well with the iPhone. When you connect it, you have to tell the iPhone not to enter Airplane mode but that is no big deal. I get the occasional drop out as other users report, but it appears to me to be related to accidentally bumping the transmitter. It's usually about a second long and is no big deal for music although I can see it being a problem for audiobooks and podcasts.

Nothing is perfect, and there are a few gotcha's. The transmitter works fine with what ever unit I pair it with, but it appears to support only 1 pairing. By this, I don't mean simultaneous parings, I mean one pairing total. I have some stereo bluetooth headphones and I have a set of portable bluetooth speakers. If I want to switch back and forth, I need to repair the devices. I tested the Sony bluetooth transmitter that has the cord connection to the headphone plug and it allowed me to pair with multiple devices so I could easy switch from speaker to headset.

The other gotcha is in the fact that it works not on the headphone jack but the dock port on the iPhone. This is good because the audio quality is better since it is all digital, but you cannot control the volume from the iPhone. So if you are listening to something with low volume in a load environment, you can only get so much volume out of it. Like I said though, the quality is better and I get no distortion like I did with the Sony transmitter when I would crank up the volume.

Other than that, it works really well. The range is more than 30 feet and the audio quality sounds good. I am happy with it.
