2Good, but not that good  Nov 13, 2008
Sound quality is fairly good.

Synchronizing was a mess each time I tried on a device for the first time. Other than that worked fine on several bluetooth devices.

Still trying to make it work on my 8230 blackberry.

3Great Bluetooth Headset for phone  Oct 10, 2008
I used this headset with my Sony Ericsson W580i. Connection was excellent, the instructions were very straightforward. The method to pair the headset was the same as my Motorola HS850. Audio quality was better than most. Fingertip controls worked extremely well, although some may find the on-off switch a little too close to the volume controls.

Pros: Great audio quality when talking on the phone.
Finally, a set of earbuds that allow me to hear other people talking in the background (so I can hear my mom talking to me without yelling)
Easy connection to devices, easily reconnects (automatically reconnects within 3 minutes of disconnection).
Microphone picks up voice clearly.
Lighter than most other headsets.
Short charge time
Long talk/listening to music time.
Fingertip controls work precisely.
Sleek Design
Music and calls switch seamlessly.

Cons: Gigantic earbuds fit uncomfortably, earbud sponges are too big, and music is slightly distorted. Buzzing noise in background is noticable.
Lack of bass response--having been used to my wired Sony Ericsson headset, the lack of bass is very much noticeable. Equalizer on Walkman is not recognized by device, therefore MegaBass does not have any effect to enhance the bass.
Earbuds are not sound-isolation earbuds--interference with background noise is annoying.
Signal quality is easily disturbed by objects: Maximum distance when facing my phone is 13 feet; maximum distance when facing away from my phone is a mere 5 feet.
Some may find the neck band a little too small. Neckband cannot be disconnected, so putting the neck band on may be a pain for some people.
Volume controls have too large of an increment between levels--no "in between" levels.

4Surprised, very SURPRISED.  Aug 13, 2008
I was desperate for another stereo bluetooth device after having a so-so experience with my iSkin Cerulean F1's for my iPhone (1stGen), which was pretty lacking in sound quality, the mic was awful unless you were in a quiet and private room, and I constantly lost the bluetooth signal, especially when the iphone was connected with the TX transmitter.

Enter SLaudiolab's SRS 210-BS. There wasn't much material to research this product since this is a brand straight from Korea. The one thing that I was hoping to receive was a pair of stereo headphones that had better sound quality and didn't hook on to the back of the ears which became uncomfortable after a while and the earbuds constantly slipped out of my ear hollows. The SRS 210-BS seemed like a good candidate, the price point was about average, although I was hoping for something that was the in-ear type for full privacy and better sound quality. Another concern was how these headphones were worn as the controls were not on the speakers themselves, and by the way the pictures looked, it was on the center and two wires that ended with earbuds. I was afraid that my ears were going to be holding the whole contraption. This is not the case. It's actually a pendant necklace type of set up, with separate wires for the earbuds. The control "pendant" is fairly light so you won't constantly feel the wire sticking and tugging on the back of your neck, especially on a hot and humid day. The calling and playback controls are on the back of the unit, so you control it with your thumb, and the volume and track advance buttons on the sides are a bit tricky, it reacts with a soft touch feel. I especially had problems with the volume buttons because it sits near the on/off button which I've mistakenly touched and turned off the unit several times on my first use. Luckily the unit pairs up with the phone very quickly, and I don't constantly have to set it in "discovery" mode to link up the phone like I did with the Cerulean. And yes, thank God that it was compatible with the Cerulean TX transmitter so I didn't have to get another transmitter just to be compatible with these earphones.

I suspect I get a good signal from the unit because I don't have as many dropouts compared to the Ceruleans. The mic on the unit us far, FAR better than the Ceruleans. The person on the receiving end can hear me just fine, and I actually can hear myself speaking through the headphones too. The SRS modes at SRS Normal is great to boost the iPhone's conservative and relatively flat equalization modes with good deep bass and rather clear mid's and highs to satisfy the average audiophile like me. There's also an SRS Max mode, but it seems to over do it, so this setting is best left to music that needs a lot of boosting, like classical music, contemporary vocals, and acoustic music. You have to cycle through the Normal and Max modes before it returns to the Neutral/Off setting.

The User's Manual was written in "English as a second language," so good luck trying to understand some of the instructions. It was available at 60% off retail from one of the sellers which made these headphones a great value. Highly recommended for its high(er)performance (than average) at a lower price point!

4Convenient  Feb 28, 2008
I purchased this headset to work with the SRS-200BD transmitter and have been pleasantly surprised how much I like it. The headset is convenient and comfortable. The sound is good, but I do wish there was an in-ear option since this style does not fit my ears as well as in-ear buds. The controls and microphone on the receiver work well and the over the neck and ear bud wires do not become tangled.
