I received my shutter release sooner than expected and it works perfectly. What more can I say?

 Remote release for Panasonic FZ-50 Aug 06, 2008
When the release arrived, I realized I had bought the off-brand rather than the Panasonic brand. I have not seen the Panasonic brand so I do not know how it would compare to the off-brand I received.
The one I received seems cheaply made but it works. I decided to keep it and use it primarily because I am going on a trip and do not have time to send it back and get the Panasonic brand. If it works, then I will be better off, and if not, it will not be too expensive a lesson to learn to read more closely and carefully before I hit "buy."
