My first remote for my Olympus DSLR was a olympus remote. I lost the remote and decided to buy another. The RM-E1 works a lot better and is about $15 cheaper. The pictures come out clearer and the signal picks up easier also.

This is a great item for any photographer. It is small and light and works well. The instuctions are kind of vague so it was a little confusing trying to get the battery in the remote. Other than that I would give this item a 4 thumbs up.

The battery was a bit difficult to install. Directions virtually useless. But since it is basically a simple device it does work as advertised and I would buy it again.
