Limited Remote - Great Customer Service Nov 05, 2008 By B. Emmerich
Please be aware that this remote will only activate the shutter on a Samsung NV-15. No zoom, focus control, etc., so it's really just a large, one button remote. Thanks to Samsung's usual terrible customer service, this took quite a while to determine. I would, however, like to commend Alan at Satechi's customer service (the remote's distributor) for his ten star, way beyond expectations and very patient help with this long transaction. If only there where more people like Alan in this world, we would all live happier, easier lives...
