WARRANTY
Each product is fully guaranteed by the manufacturer (unless specifically stated otherwise). The complete warranty is included with the product. The manufacturer's warranty covers repairs, or replacement of defective parts, subject to the conditions set forth. All items purchased from Satechi come with a year warranty. Satechi will be responsible for shipping cost back to the customer by standard mail up to 30 days of the receipt date. When requesting a warranty exchange after 30 days of the receipt date, the shipping cost back to Satechi will be covered by customer. Any additional mail upgrades must be covered by customer.
RETURN/EXCHANGE
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for exchange or refund (excluding shipping and handling charges) within 30 days, subject to a Return Authorization from Satechi (see exceptions above). Keep your purchase, accessories and all packing materials in new condition to avoid any restocking fees. Only returns of more than 1 item are subject to a 10% restocking fee . A return received after 30 days for your order receipt date is only eligible for an exchange or store credit. No Exceptions. Store credit excludes shipping costs and will be awarded on your next purchase. Shipping costs for any international exchanges or returns will be covered by customer.
Amazon.com order purchases require a return authorization slip. For return authorization slip, contact Customer Service at (858) 268-1800 or e-mail Orders@satechi.com :
- Subject line: RETURN or EXCHANGE (depending on your needs).
- In your email please include your order number/ID and the reason for your return or exchange request.
Please note that a return authorization slip does not guarantee final disposition and all returns are subject to inspection. All exchanged/ returned merchandise must be in original factory carton, including all packaging materials, inserts and manuals, and all accessories.
- A copy of return authorization slip provided by Satechi must be included in your return package.
- Please note: our Returns Receiving Department may refuse any package that does not have a valid return authorization slip.
- Please ship your parcel back to us Freight Prepaid. Sorry, we cannot accept COD or freight-collect shipments.
- A signed proof of delivery will be required on all lost package claims.

CHRISTMAS/HOLIDAY EXTENDED RETURN POLICY
Acknowledging the holiday frenzy, Satechi offers customers an extended return policy for purchases made from the months of November to December. These Christmas/Holiday orders will have until February 1st to conduct any returns if necessary. Any return request received after February 1st will be processed according to the "Returning an item after 30 days of purchase" policy.
ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY BEFORE SHIPMENT
All orders are automatically processed on our Amazon.com merchant processor and sent for shipment as soon as they are placed. During this process we incur irreversible fees. Therefore, while we understand that orders might need to be changed sometimes, we may be unable to do it free of charge after a certain point. We strictly adhere to the following cancellation policy:
If you cancel your order BEFORE it has been shipped, you may cancel your order by calling us at 1(858)268-1800 or contacting Amazon.com using your account console, as soon as possible. Requests to cancel must be made on the same day the order is placed, until the closing time (6:00p.m.PST) of the same day.
If you cancel your order AFTER it has been shipped, please follow our Return Policies. The cancellation will have to be treated as a Return. |
