Shipping & Delivery

For shipping quotes (international, expedited, overnight, 2-day, etc), place the items you would like to purchase in your cart, go to your cart, then click "Proceed to Checkout". Enter your shipping address and the shipping rates will automatically generate based on the item's weight and the delivery location. If the shipping rates do not generate, please contact us.

Orders are processed within two business days.  

DELAYS

Satechi is not responsible for delays in shipping caused by extraneous factors (such as weather, inspections, incorrect addresses, labor disputes, and/or transportation problems). We cannot be responsible for lost or damaged packages.  For any other questions or inquiries, please contact us.

DUTIES & TAXES

Orders shipped outside of the United States may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, fees, and/or VAT (Value Added Taxes) levied by the destination country. You are responsible for paying any taxes, duties, customs fees, and/or VAT charged by your government, as Satechi has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Please contact the local customs office in the relevant jurisdiction for additional information on customs policies or duties. International orders will not be refunded for failure to pay import duties, taxes or fees.

CUSTOMS VALUE

Satechi is required by law to declare an accurate commercial value on all non-U.S. shipments.

If you select Passport as your delivery method, you are subject to their terms and conditions.

EU/EEA CUSTOMERS: Return Costs & Delivery-Cost Refunds (Right of Withdrawal)

If you are a consumer in the EU/EEA and you exercise your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal, the following applies. This is separate from, and more specific than, our general 30-day returns policy above. (For full details and the Model Withdrawal Form, see the “Your Statutory Right of Withdrawal” section on our Returns & Warranty page.)

•     Return shipping: You are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods to us, consistent with our standard policy for international returns.

•     Outbound delivery refund: Because this is a statutory EU withdrawal, we will also reimburse the standard delivery cost you originally paid on your order. If you chose a delivery option more expensive than our least expensive standard delivery, the supplementary amount above standard delivery is not refundable. Import duties, taxes and VAT remain non-refundable, as set out in the Duties & Taxes section above.

•     Refund timing: Refunds are issued to your original payment method within the statutory period of 14 days from the day we are informed of your withdrawal — in practice, typically within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned goods. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back, or until you provide proof that you have sent them, whichever is earlier.
