Yes. When you connect your monitor to the USB4 port of the Pro Hub Max, it will output video as well as charge the laptop if the monitor and cable also support power delivery.

The HDMI port on the Pro Hub Max supports up to 4K resolution at 60Hz.

The USB4 port on the Pro Hub Max supports up to a 6K resolution at 60Hz.

The Microsoft Surface Laptop Studio is equipped with a USB 3.1 Gen 1 port, it will technically be compatible, however the spacing was designed to fit a MacBook therefore we would not recommend using it with the Surface Laptop Studio.

    The best around

    I am so glad I ordered the Pro Hub Max from Satechi! It is the first Hub that works perfectly with my MacBook Pro. I needed something that I could have my usb-c laptop charger & usb-c external hard drive plugged into at the same time while quickly importing photos from an SD card and this does the job flawlessly. I have noticed that it can sometimes get a little hot when I have multiple photo editing programs open at the same time but it's never caused any issues at all and only happens after a long time of intensive photo editing. Also love the perfect color match to my MacBook Pro. I highly recommend this hub!

    Pro Hub Max

    This is my third Satechi Hub for my 2017 13" MacBook Pro. The first one was great; I just repurposed it for another PC. The second one was a miss; I'm not very happy about it. This one is an outstanding hub. Small with the right amount of i/o ports. Sturdy and well-built. I highly recommend it.
