We suggest not using the enclosure to run macOS or any other operating systems externally. The transfer speed is capped at 10Gbps, which might cause some challenges if you try to run an operating system.
It's best to use the enclosure for external storage or as a Time Machine backup. We appreciate your understanding!
We suggest using only one card slot at a time for optimal performance.
We can confirm that this Hub will not affect the Wi-Fi signal however in some cases, interference may occur. If this is the case, we recommend connecting your Mac Mini to the 2.4Ghz network (v.s 5Ghz) for optimal performance.
The Hub will support UHS-i and UHS-ii cards at UHS-i speeds.
No, USB-C ports are dedicated data ports for connecting your peripherals and transferring data up to 10Gbps.
